We had a customer reach out through the contact form on our website. Their information was automatically entered into our CRM and we were sent an email letting us know that this customer was interested in concrete cleaning, more specifically, driveway cleaning. After receiving the notification, we called the customer to discuss their concrete cleaning needs. The customer was impressed with how quickly we responded to their inquiry. After we described the concrete cleaning process, we told them about how we make the whole process of getting service through us as easy as possible. We try to do all of our quoting remotely so we don't take up any more of the customer's time than necessary, we don't require the customer to be home, we take before and after pictures, and we send an invoice to the customer's email so they can pay at their convenience. They really liked the easy process and scheduled us to come out that week.
On the way there, we let the customer know we were headed there. Once we got there, we took pictures and noted any problem areas and noted the slope of the driveway for drainage considerations. We pretreated the driveway with a custom blend of detergents specifically for the customer's driveway. After a short dwell time, we fired up the pressure washer and used the surface cleaner to clean the driveway in sections, rinsing after each section. Once the work with the surface cleaner was done, we hooked up the wand to the pressure washer and cut in any corners or edges we couldn't reach with the surface cleaner. After the pressure washing was done and the driveway was rinsed, we post-treated the driveway to make sure it looked great and to prevent any future organic growth on the driveway. Once that was rinsed, we took the after pictures and sent those to the customer along with a text letting them know we were done.
The customer was blown away with how well the driveway turned out and said they would recommend us to their neighbor because their driveway needed cleaning as well. We told them about our referral program and they were excited about the prospect of getting credits or gift cards for their referrals. We always make sure to take our time and get your concrete looking great without any streaks, missed spots, or swirl marks.
